I found out that Van Gogh was a fantastic and famous artist. I looked at the picture of a man with a beard. I dont mind this picure bt it makes me feel a it sad because he looks sad in the picture. Ben

ReplyDeleteI looked at Van Gogh's sunflowers and loved the technique of him painting them with circles. I also looked at the piece britannica and I love how the stars look like portals to a new world as well as the builing looking like an old broom. Harry M

DeleteThe sponge bob piece was Amazing in my opinion it has gorgeous detail with a mix of colours ( blue, yellow, orange, green and more ) it was amazing the detail made it look like a picture as it was so amazing, I only have to say positives there are no negitives on this master piece I love sponge bob ( I mean why not he's so funny ) and this master piece was just so breath taking it looks picture perfect I couldn't believe ,my eyes when I noticed it was drawn by van gough how spectacular this was made by one of us, (human being) isn't this just so good ive never seen such a wonderfull piece of art this is just amazing and its such ashame he died at 37 if only he was still alive wouldn't that be great?
ReplyDeleteVan Gogh was born on the 30 March 1853. He died at the age of 37 and only sold one painting in his lifetime. I found a picture of a castle at night time. I like it because it makes me feel calm because when it is night i feel relaxed. In my opinion think it is a nice piece of artwork. It is extremely detailed and must have taken a lot of time and effort. I would have deffinately have bought this painting. It was very realistic and can a big variaty of colours on the piece (black,blue, yellow, orange and white). I think a lot of people will agree with me how good the painting is. Do you like it? -Anna.

ReplyDeleteVan Gough (a male painter who is know all around the world) has painted many amazing , popular and famous painting including starry night , sunflowers and a self portrait with his ear bandaged. On 30th march 1853 Vincent Willem Van Gough was born.
ReplyDeleteDid you know, a year after he was born his mother gave birth to an infant also
named Vincent who was stillborn or dead upon birth!
His mother also gave birth to Theo (his younger brother) and three younger sisters,
in school nobody really knows his education, but he did receive some encouragement
from his mother to draw and paint. As a teen he drew and painted quite regularly.
At the age of 27 (it’s now 1880) he decided to become an artist,
Vincent was self taught and had a lot of confidence from his little brother Theo.
In 1886 Van Gogh joined Theo in Paris and met many artists including Degas,
Toulouse-Lautrec, Pissarro and Gauguin it didn’t take them long to become friends.
